Refund Policy

In short: digital downloads cannot be returned, so those sales are final. There are a few common-sense exceptions, listed below.
1.Digital Products: all sales are final
Ebooks and flashcard decks are digital files delivered instantly. Once delivered they cannot be returned, so these purchases are not refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please decide before you buy rather than after. The flashcard decks include a free demo for exactly that reason.
2.The exceptions
- You never received the file. If a download fails or a link breaks, contact me and I will make sure you get what you paid for.
- Duplicate purchase. If you were accidentally charged twice for the same item, the duplicate will be refunded.
- Where the law says so. If consumer law where you live grants rights that cannot be waived, those rights are honored.
3.Coaching sessions
Live 1:1 coaching is not currently offered. If and when it is, the cancellation and rescheduling terms will be stated on the booking page at the time of purchase, and this section will be updated to match before any session is sold.
4.How payment disputes work
Digital Product payments are processed by Fourthwall. Fraud claims, chargebacks, and disputes are handled under that platform's own policies and the card-network rules that apply to it.

If something about a purchase went wrong, use the contact page first. Broken downloads, wrong files, and honest mistakes get fixed quickly.
