Languages aren't just learned.
They're lived.

I am a polyglot, educator, and student at Vanderbilt University. I have spent the past few years learning languages, strategies such as immersion, obsession, relentless trial and error, and above all, teaching people.

I didn't grow up surrounded by languages. I grew up speaking English and Farsi, but I never knew how to read or write the Persian script until I was 15. Thus, I am now fluent in English, Farsi, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, and I am currently teaching myself Mandarin. Each one surely taught me something different about how language actually works, but each language carries centuries of wisdom that ages people.

I started teaching because everyone around me kept saying the same thing. My family, the people I met, and eventually myself. I had the talent and there was only one logical thing to do with it. But there was another reason. Most polyglots on social media are not actually fluent. They know enough to impress people who know nothing, and they built audiences on that. I wanted to show what real fluency looks like and what it actually takes to get there.

Now I have 20,000 followers, a published Arabic guide, and a growing library of content. I'm just getting started.
